  • I was a child of the ‘60s and had the good fortune to experience the Golden Age of Saturday Morning TV. It was also the Golden Age of Kids’ Cereal, since the two went hand-in-hand. Many of the brands discussed here were born during that time (Quisp among them).

  • The most telling thing about Hitchens in this instance is, I think this is the most intelligent reader discussion I've ever seen on this site. Even when I disagreed with Hitchens's arguments, they made sense. It just came down to a difference in personal convictions.

  • I saw Blade Runner in my local theatre when it first came out (and tanked). I immediately fell in love with the film. I still watch it periodically, and it evokes the same awe and longing it did for me the first time. It’s really become a special little part of my life.
